The item itself was nice and pretty much looked like what I ordered, so I can’t really complain too much about the actual product. But I was a little disappointed when it showed up because the packaging looked rough, with one corner bent and the outer box looking like it had been knocked around quite a bit.

I guess I expected it to arrive in better shape based on how it was presented, so it felt a bit misleading. Nothing was completely damaged, thankfully, but for something like this, I really thought it would be packed with more care. Overall it’s fine, just not the smooth experience I was expecting.

I reached out with a question and they did get back to me with the answer, so that was good. It just took a bit longer than I thought it would. Overall, not a bad experience or anything, just maybe a little slower than expected.

I waited weeks for this to show up, and it still ended up arriving later than expected. I felt a little embarrassed because I kept telling someone it would be here any day, and then it just didn’t come...

I bought this for my sister thinking it would feel a little more special and personal. She did like it, and it’s definitely a nice idea, but her reaction was more of a polite smile than real excitement. It looked fine and made a decent gift, but based on what I was expecting, it didn’t really have that wow factor.

I’m really happy with how the customization turned out tbh. The names and date were all correct, which was my main concern. The colors came out a little darker than I expected, but they still look nice overall.

The site looks clean. It is easy to look at too. But the design feels a little basic to me. The colors are fine. Nothing looks messy. It just does not feel very exciting. It works overall, but I expected a bit more style.

The paper felt thin too, especially for what it cost. It arrived fine, so I can’t blame shipping, but the final product just looks cheap and not really worth hanging up. I wouldn’t order it again.

I was disappointed with the map I got from Mapofourlife. I was excited to see all the places laid out clearly, but once I actually looked at it, some roads and areas were wrong or just not there at all.
The town names felt awkwardly placed, and one spot wasn’t even in the right location, which got annoying fast. I don’t really have the patience to double-check a custom map like it’s a puzzle, especially when the details are supposed to be the whole point.

For what it cost, I expected it to be a lot more accurate. It looks nice if you’re standing back from it, but once you start looking closely, the mistakes are hard to ignore.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: the checkout process was fine and went through without any issues, but the updates came late. It wasn’t a total disaster, just a bit frustrating not knowing what was going on for a while
